As a high school teacher, I had the opportunity to be a part of a steering committee to develop career education curriculum for grades 9 to 12. The committee was comprised of professionals across the province and led by a curriculum expert/writer. Through these experiences, I learned the process of creating learning outcomes and pedagogy that align with career and life planning. These curriculum documents are still in use today
